As part of a residency at Crane School of Music, fivebyfive presents the premiere of Amy Nam’s “of breath and fire”, supported by a Chamber Music America Commissioning Grant*.
Ms. Nam's piece is accompanied by a new video produced for this performance by glass artist Madeline Rile Smith, whose work inspired the new commission.
The program includes all-glass inspired works with music by Missy Mazzoli, Brittany Green, Anthony R. Green, Edie Hill, Patrick Burke, Philip Glass, Kari Telstad Sundet.
